Terms of use
Effective 2026-07-11. By joining the waitlist or using Pip, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Pip
Pip is for self-directed investors aged 18 or older. Don't use it where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
What Pip is — and isn't
Pip is an informational and educational tool that reflects your own stated reasons against public information. It is not investment advice and never tells you what to buy, sell, or hold. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
Your account and information
You give Pip the stocks you own, the reasons you own them, and delivery preferences. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. Keep your Telegram account secure.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Pip: no reselling or redistributing the briefings, no automated scraping or abuse, no attempts to break or overload the service.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel anytime — send /delete in Telegram, or email hello@pipthebot.com. Cancelling stops your briefings and deletes your data (see How to cancel and the Privacy notice). Pip is an early beta; we may change, suspend, or discontinue it, or your access, at any time.
No warranty
Pip is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pip and its creator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — Pip, including any investment decision you make.
Intellectual property
Pip, its name, and its content are owned by its creator. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Pip means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. If you use Pip from the United States or elsewhere, your local consumer-protection rights may also apply.
