How to cancel

You're in control. You can stop your briefings or ask us to delete your account whenever you like.

The quick way — in Telegram

Send /delete to Pip. It asks you to confirm, then erases your local profile and associated briefing data. External email and form records follow the email process below.

Email briefings

Use the unsubscribe link in any Pip email to stop email delivery immediately. Your subscription remains on file until you request deletion.

Delete external records

For email subscriptions, the waitlist, or ticker requests, write to hello@pipthebot.com and we'll remove you within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your local profile, stocks, reasons, preferences, and associated interaction data are erased. On an email deletion request, we also remove matching Cloudflare subscription or form records. A one-way identifier hash and deletion time remain locally to prevent an old signup recreating a deleted account. Provider delivery history follows its retention policy. What happens next

Once your account is deleted, you can start again: send /start in Telegram, or sign up again by email. Unsubscribing alone stops email delivery and leaves your account available.
